贾海洋，中共党员，副教授，硕士生导师，毕业于山西大学。北京农村专业技术协会理事。

主要研究方向：山地与农业景观规划设计、居住区景观设计。主讲设计表现技法、设计软件等本科生课程，主讲观光农业景观规划设计等研究生课程。代表性成果：主持或参与多项省部级课题。副主编规划教材1部。

Jia Haiyang, Member of the Communist Party of China, Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, graduated from Shanxi University. Council Member of the Beijing Rural Professional Technical Association.

Main research directions: Mountain and agricultural landscape planning and design, residential area landscape design. He teaches undergraduate courses such as Design Representation Techniques and Design Software, and the graduate course Tourism Agriculture Landscape Planning and Design. Representative achievements: Led or participated in several provincial/ministerial-level research projects. Served as associate editor of one planning textbook.
