侯芳梅，女，汉族，中共党员，硕士，副教授，硕士生导师。北京插花艺术研究会常务理事。1993年北京农学院园林系园林专业毕业后留校工作至今。先后从事教学管理及花卉、插花、盆景方面的教学和科研工作。在花卉栽培、园林植物应用、插花艺术、花艺设计创作、花卉及插花展览和相关培训方面有专长。编写教材著作10余部，发表论文10余篇。主持院级科研课题3项，参加市教委和科委科研项目多项。多次参与北京市及全国部分省区花卉展览及插花花艺活动的组织、展览布置、插花表演及主持解说工作，插花作品多次获得省市级奖励。曾获“第七届中国花卉博览会先进个人”、“首都绿化积极分子”称号。指导的学生插花作品和水仙雕刻作品多次获得省市级奖励。
主编《民俗概论》、《家庭健康花草》；副主编《花卉学》、《植物造景》、《节日花卉》；参编《花卉生产与应用技术》、《花坛、插花及盆景艺术》等教材著作10余部。
发表《容器在中国传统插花中的地位与作用》、《遮光对3种室内植物生长及光合特性影响初探》、《秦汉上林苑栽培树木初考》，等论文10余篇。
主讲 “花卉学”、“插花及盆景艺术”、“插花艺术基础”、“专业实践”、“花卉学实习”、“花卉栽培技术”、“花与中国文化”等课程。
1. Basic Information
Hou Fangmei, female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, Master’s degree, Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor. Executive Council Member of Beijing Flower Arrangement Art Research Society. She graduated from the Department of Landscape Architecture, Beijing University of Agriculture in 1993 and has been working there ever since. She has been engaged in teaching management and teaching/research in floriculture, flower arrangement, and bonsai. Her expertise includes flower cultivation, landscape plant application, flower arrangement art, floral design creation, flower and flower arrangement exhibitions, and related training. She has authored or co-authored more than 10 textbooks and books, and published over 10 papers. She has led 3 university-level research projects and participated in several research projects of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. She has frequently participated in organizing, arranging, performing, and commenting on flower exhibitions and flower arrangement activities in Beijing and other provinces. Her flower arrangement works have won provincial/municipal awards. She has been honored as “Advanced Individual of the 7th China Flower Expo” and “Capital Greening Activist”. Students under her guidance have won provincial/municipal awards for flower arrangement and narcissus carving works.
