张德强,二级教授、博士生导师,教育部创新团队负责人,高等学校学科创新引智计划(林木分子设计育种)负责人。近年来,围绕我国对森林生产和抗逆性状的重大需求,主持国家973计划、十三五重点研发计划、十四五重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金与林草局新品种推广项目等国家重点支持计划课题10余项,研究成果在《Plant Cell》、《New Phytologist》与《Plant Biotechnology Journal》等国际主流期刊发表原创性论文110余篇,授权国家发明专利28件,作为第一培育人,获杨树新品种权22个。研究成果获中国青年科技奖、教育部科技进步一等奖与北京市科技进步二等奖等科技奖励;获全国生态建设突出贡献先进个人、北京市师德先进个人等荣誉。基于在专业领域的声誉和研究成果,受邀担任国际林联杨树与柳树工作委员会副主席、国际基因组学杂志《BMC Genomics》与《Frontiers in Plant Science》副主编,入选了中组部万人计划-科技创新领军人才、新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、教育部新世纪优秀人才,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。

II. Profile
Zhang Deqiang, Second-level Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Head of the Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education, and Director of the Discipline Innovation Talent Introduction Program (Molecular Design Breeding of Forest Trees) for Higher Education Institutions. In recent years, focusing on China’s major needs for forest productivity and stress tolerance, he has led over 10 key national research projects, including the National 973 Program, the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Program, the 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the New Variety Promotion Project of the National Forestry and Grassland Administration. His research findings have been published in over 110 original papers in leading international journals such asThe Plant Cell,New Phytologist, andPlant Biotechnology Journal. He has been granted 28 national invention patents. As the primary breeder, he has obtained 22 new poplar variety rights. His research achievements have earned him the China Youth Science and Technology Award, the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ministry of Education, and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of Beijing. He has also been honored as an Outstanding Individual for National Ecological Construction and a Beijing Municipal Advanced Individual in Teacher Ethics. Recognized for his reputation and research contributions in the field, he has been invited to serve as Vice Chair of the Poplar and Willow Working Committee of the International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO), and Associate Editor of the international genomics journalsBMC GenomicsandFrontiers in Plant Science.
