二、个人简介
博士,北京农学院园林学院教授,硕士生导师。主要从事林木种质资源的保存、评价及开发利用研究。分析了花楸树天然群体种质资源遗传多样性特征,完成了花楸树参考基因组的拼接与注释,解析了花楸树应答夏季高温环境胁迫的调控网络,发掘了花楸树响应高温胁迫关键基因及其调控机制;建立了花楸、丁香、金露梅等树种优质苗木培育关键技术;利用选择、杂交、诱变等技术进行花楸、丁香、金露梅等树种的新品种创制,创制新特优种质1000余份,培育新品种4个,获批发明专利5件,以第一作者或通讯作者在《Journal of Genetics and Genomics》、《Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》、《林业科学》等国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文40余篇;主编专业图书1部,副主编专业图书2部。近5年承担国家自然基金项目、北京市教委面上项目、首都科技平台创新卷项目,参与参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、山东省重点研发计划(2021)项目,主要研究方向花楸树抗热性状形成的分子机制研究以及花楸、丁香种质创新与新品种选育。

II. Profile
Ph.D., Professor at the College of Landscape Architecture, Beijing University of Agriculture, Master’s Supervisor. He is mainly engaged in the conservation, evaluation, development and utilization of forest tree germplasm resources. He has analyzed the genetic diversity characteristics of natural populations of mountain ash (Sorbus pohuashanensis), completed the assembly and annotation of a reference genome of mountain ash, elucidated the regulatory network of mountain ash in response to summer hightemperature stress, and discovered key genes and their regulatory mechanisms in response to hightemperature stress. He has established key techniques for cultivating highquality seedlings of tree species such as mountain ash, lilac, andDasiphora fruticosa. Using techniques such as selection, hybridization and mutagenesis, he has created new varieties of mountain ash, lilac andDasiphora fruticosa, developed over 1,000 new elite germplasms, bred 4 new varieties, and obtained 5 invention patents. He has published over 40 academic papers as first author or corresponding author in domestic and international journals such asJournal of Genetics and Genomics,Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, andScientia Silvae Sinicae. He has served as editorinchief of one professional book and associate editor of two. In the past five years, he has led projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the General Program of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and the Capital Science and Technology Platform Innovation Voucher Project, and has participated in the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Key R&D Program of Shandong Province (2021). His main research focuses on the molecular mechanism of heat tolerance formation in mountain ash and the germplasm innovation and new variety breeding of mountain ash and lilac.
