安永刚，副教授，博士，硕士生导师。籍贯吉林省长春市，毕业于吉林建筑大学的工业与民用建筑专业，在中南林业科技大学获得旅游管理学硕士、生态学博士（生态规划方向）学位。联合国世界旅游组织（UNWTO）中方特聘专家，全国森林康养协会专家，国家级旅游规划资质单位首席规划专家，北京市、黑龙江省、吉林省、河北省、内蒙古自治区等多个省市的文化与旅游局旅游规划设计与咨询专家，民政部墓园规划与设计规范标准专家，黑龙江省全域旅游中方专家组组长，中青旅旅游品牌运营专家，多家旅游地产开发企业外聘专家。“生态智慧”与“生命景观文化”、“智慧森林家园”等理论创建者，主持并参与多个国家级以及省部级的纵向和横向课题，指导并完成广东省、河南省、山东省等9个省级市区的28个森林康养产业的规划，在国际旅游惯例类顶级期刊发表了影响因子为4.147ssci论文一篇，同时在旅游行为学、环境心理学、行为学等多个领域发表了多篇ssci论文，撰写《休闲城市旅游业可持续发展》（2012年）、《墓园规划设计实务》（2016）等著作。拥有多项发明专利、软件著作权、作品著作权、商标等知识产权。

An Yonggang, an associate professor with a PhD and master's supervisor, hails from Changchun, Jilin Province. He graduated from Jilin Jianzhu University with a major in Industrial and Civil Architecture, and obtained a master's degree in Tourism Management and a PhD in Ecology (with a focus on ecological planning) from Central South University of Forestry and Technology. He is a specially-appointed expert of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in China, an expert of the National Forest Healthcare Association, the chief planning expert of a national-level tourism planning qualification unit, and a tourism planning, design, and consulting expert for the cultural and tourism bureaus of Beijing, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Hebei, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He is also an expert on cemetery planning and design standards for the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the leader of the Chinese expert group for comprehensive tourism in Heilongjiang Province, a brand operation expert for CYTS Tours, and an external expert for multiple tourism real estate development enterprises. He is the creator of theories such as "Ecological Wisdom", "Life Landscape Culture", and "Smart Forest Home". He has presided over and participated in multiple national and provincial-level longitudinal and horizontal research projects, guided and completed the planning of 28 forest healthcare industries in 9 provincial cities and districts including Guangdong, Henan, and Shandong provinces. He has published an SSCI paper with an impact factor of 4.147 in a top-tier international tourism journal, and has authored multiple SSCI papers in fields such as tourism behavior, environmental psychology, and behavior science. He has written works including "Sustainable Development of Leisure City Tourism" (2012) and "Cemetery Planning and Design Practice" (2016). He possesses multiple invention patents, software copyrights, work copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
