
陈改英,女,汉族,籍贯山西省大同市。博士,副教授,硕士生导师,九三学社社员,北京测绘学会测绘教学委员会委员,北京市自然基金评委。
受教育经历:武汉大学大地测量专业学习,获工学学士学位;北京大学区域经济学专业硕士研究生结业;中国矿业大学(北京)地图学与地理信息工程专业博士毕业,获工学博士学位;西匈牙利大学地球信息科学学院国家公派访问学者。
讲授课程:测量学、遥感技术、地理信息系统、旅游地图学;中英双语课Applied Remote Sensing,3S技术及应用,风景资源保护与利用等课程。
研究方向:工程遥感;土地利用动态变化监测;遥感及地理信息技术在城乡土地及生态环境领域的应用;景观变迁及遗产保护等。
研究项目:近年来作为中方主持人完成与匈牙利西匈牙利大学《基于遥感和GIS模型的京郊农田环境质量评估》 ;与波兰克拉科夫农业大学《中国和波兰城镇化背景下文化景观的比较研究》 ;与斯洛文尼亚科学与艺术院《北京和卢布尔雅那郊区的空间规划和景观管理比较研究》三项政府间科技合作项目。参与完成中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所《一带一路重大项目(港口)生态环境影响评价》 。2016年至今,负责北京农学院与罗马尼亚1 Decembrie 1918 University of Alba Iulia大学国际合作项目Erasmus项目(欧盟Erasmus基金支持),协调和管理北京农学院与罗马尼亚大学项目相关教师出访、来访交流工作。已完成2016年度、2017年度、2018年、2019年度合作交流计划,项目支持北京农学院3个教师团队共10人次出访罗马尼亚;接待罗马尼亚4个团队10人次来访交流。于2020年、2021年、2022、2023年,组织北京农学院学生参加由罗马尼亚1 Decembrie 1918 University of Alba Iulia组织的Summer School和Autumn School国际课程(在线),共有研究生、本科生70多人次参加,开拓北京农学院的国际教育合作。
Chen Gaiying, female, Han nationality, hails from Datong City, Shanxi Province. She holds a PhD degree, serves as an associate professor, and is a master's supervisor. She is a member of the Jiu San Society, a member of the Surveying and Mapping Teaching Committee of the Beijing Surveying and Mapping Society, and a reviewer for the Beijing Natural Science Foundation.
Educational Experience: Studied Geodesy at Wuhan University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Completed a Master's degree in Regional Economics at Peking University; Graduated with a PhD in Cartography and Geographic Information Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), obtaining a Doctorate in Engineering; Visiting Scholar at the School of Geo-Information Science, University of West Hungary, sponsored by the Chinese government.
Courses taught: Surveying, Remote Sensing Technology, Geographic Information System, Tourism Cartography; bilingual courses in Chinese and English, including Applied Remote Sensing, 3S Technology and Application, Scenic Resource Protection and Utilization, etc.
Research directions: Engineering remote sensing; dynamic change monitoring of land use; application of remote sensing and geographic information technology in urban and rural land and ecological environment fields; landscape evolution and heritage conservation, etc.
Research Projects: In recent years, as the Chinese leader, I have completed three intergovernmental science and technology cooperation projects with the West Hungarian University in Hungary, titled "Environmental Quality Assessment of Suburban Farmland in Beijing Based on Remote Sensing and GIS Models"; with the Krakow University of Agriculture in Poland, titled "Comparative Study of Cultural Landscapes under the Background of Urbanization in China and Poland"; and with the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts, titled "Comparative Study of Spatial Planning and Landscape Management in the Suburbs of Beijing and Ljubljana". I participated in the completion of the "Ecological Environment Impact Assessment of Major Projects (Ports) along the Belt and Road" by the Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 2016, I have been responsible for the Erasmus project (supported by the EU Erasmus Fund) between Beijing College of Agriculture and the 1 Decembrie 1918 University of Alba Iulia in Romania, coordinating and managing the visits and exchanges between relevant teachers from Beijing College of Agriculture and Romanian universities. The cooperation and exchange plans for 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 have been completed, supporting a total of 10 visits to Romania by three teacher teams from Beijing College of Agriculture; and hosting 10 visits and exchanges from four Romanian teams. In 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, I organized students from Beijing College of Agriculture to participate in the Summer School and Autumn School international courses (online) organized by the 1 Decembrie 1918 University of Alba Iulia in Romania, with more than 70 graduate and undergraduate students participating, expanding the international education cooperation of Beijing College of Agriculture.
